De Japanse rederij MOL gaat haar nieuwe recordschip MOL Creation van 9.060 teu niet inzetten op haar eigen dienst tussen Europa en Japan. De naam van de nieuwbouw is nu opgedoken in het vaarschema van CMA CGM’s French Asia Line (FAL). Omdat de rotatie van die FAL-dienst wordt uitgebreid, zocht de Franse rederij naar een extra schip. Dat wordt nu de MOL Creation. De Fransen leveren zelf acht zusterschepen met een capaciteit van 8.488 teu. In ruil daarvoor krijgt MOL een allocatie op de dienst. Ook China Shipping, Evergreen en APL kopen ruimte op de schepen van de FAL. De loop verbindt Southampton, Hamburg, Rotterdam, Zeebrugge, Le Havre en Malta met Khor Fakkan, Chiwan, Dalian, Xingang, Shanghai en Hongkong. De MOL Creation vertrekt op 14/7 in Dalian op maidentrip.Yesterday Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, Ltd. It should be pointed out that "MOL Creation" will serve North China-Europe Service which the company will have in July by joining CMA-CGM's existing service as a ship operator. This service directly links main ports in Northern China and major ports in Europe. After MOL's participation, the service will be operated with MOL's new 8,100teus containership "MOL Creation" and CMA-CGM's 8 ships. Rotation: Dalian - Tianjin - Shanghai - Hong Kong - Yantian - Port Kelang - Southampton - Hamburg - Rotterdam - Zeebrugge - Le Havre - Chiwan - Dalian.
